Phoenix Moving LLC is seeking professional and detail-oriented movers to join the team. We are a local mover in Rogers, AR. We are growing rapidly and are looking for self-motivated and hard-working movers and moving helpers to join our team in Northwest Arkansas. Movers and helpers must be able to lift and move 50+ pounds and work on their feet for extended hours. All movers and helpers work part-time to full-time as independent contractors, work well in a team, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

Hourly pay is based on experience

Responsibilities:

Lift and move furniture or boxes of 50+ pounds
Wrap furniture with shrink wrap, blankets, or other material to prevent damage during hauling
Pack cartons or boxes with the proper material and cushioning by using packing paper and placing the items in order to prevent any damage
Load and unload boxes, furniture, and appliances to a home, business, or storage facility
Use a dolly or hand truck to load and unload items
·Break down beds for packing and loading
Arrive to the move on time and ready to work
Assist with cleaning the truck and equipment after a move
Cleanup any leftover materials, boxes, or trash and collect blankets and pads owned by Phoenix Moving

Requirements:

Experience with moving a plus
High School Diploma or GED
Able to pass a background check
Be able to lift and move 50+ pounds
Adhere to all safety standards
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Able to stand for long hours
Be a team-player, detail oriented, and be ready to work
Stamina to lift and carry heavy items
Effective communicator and maintain a positive attitude
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Capacity to listen and take direction from others
Ability to communicate with peers and the public
Work safely, carefully, and accurately
